Welcome to your coastal getaway at our Vintage Florida Retreat! Nestled in Port Orange, this family-friendly, pet-friendly home is walking distance to Riverwalk Park with beautiful views of the river, a children's playground, and a splash pad. And it's only a few minutes' drive to the beach and to local shops and restaurants. Whether you are coming to relax on the beach, enjoy delicious food, or visit local attractions, this is the perfect spot to stay!
The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with a drip coffee maker, refrigerator, gas stove & oven, and a microwave, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. There is also a fully fenced-in backyard for kids and furry friends to run around, with a long, narrow stretch perfect for cornhole! There is also a patio table with an umbrella to enjoy meals outside, a BBQ for summer grilling, and a firepit for s'mores on cooler nights! BBQ utensils and firepit tools provided. Cornhole set is stored in the closet, along with beach towels and beach chairs. The Smart TV has access to apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video.
Having a car is recommended for getting around. For air travelers, Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) is the closest airport, a short drive of about 20 minutes. However, many travelers use Orlando airport (MCO) due to cheaper airfare. Public transportation options include local bus services, with accessible stops in the vicinity.

It was super cozy and such a cute home! We enjoyed our stay so much! No compl on our end. Our puppy loved it too and we were able to have somewhere safe for him to stay while we were at the beach!
Hollys place was wonderful! It was extremely clean and very cozy. The backyard was wonderful as well. It was easy to find and located close to everything. She was easy to communicate with and provided a lot of wonderful information. Definitely would stay again 😊
To say that Holly is an amazing host just doesn’t cover it. She was super responsive, so friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. The property is one building with 2 units (unit A&B) and we are here to say that the folks in unit A are also so friendly and offered any advice on food or places to go. I do want to say, with two service dogs, the back yard was absolutely amazing. It’s fenced in, private, quiet and very cozy. Played lots of cards and just enjoyed the overall peace and quiet. We would absolutely stay again and look forward to doing so.
