The spacious master bedroom contains a small kitchenette and also has private access to a balcony which overlooks the pool and courtyard, and boasts beautiful views of the ocean. There is a single-car garage available for guests to use, with a washer & dryer, a second refrigerator, a propane grill, and plenty of beach chairs. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pots & pans, a toaster, and a drip coffee maker. There are 3 Smart TVs in the home, one in the living room and one in each bedroom, which all have access to streaming apps.  

You will receive a unique 4-digit code to enter the front door using a digital keypad. There is also a backup lockbox with keys in case of emergency. 

You will need a car to get to grocery stores and restaurants, but at least the beach is just a short walk away!
